· Provided budget prep and support services for a large healthcare system in crisis, due to staff changes. Evaluated setup, proposed and tested changes to dimensions,  assumption, drivers and utilities. Supported budget processes, through analysis and development of customized reporting. Trained new staff and delivered transition documentation. 

· Provided extensive project support, to a medium sized healthcare system, with a small finance team, while converting multiple planning and cost systems.  Developed 100 plus custom reports, data and reference tables. Streamlined imports to minimize data load efforts for daily, to biweekly, to revenue and usage data tables. Supported cost and decision support implementation. Developed reconciliation tools for cost accounting data loads, across tables. Created batch and schedule jobs for report distributions. Developed dashboards and graphing board packages. Support finance team by developing tools, providing training and on demand knowledge transfer. Mapped dimensions for financial plan implementation. Reconciled data, developed custom stats and reports to identify model and node gaps.  Supported the development of the systems long range financial plan. 

· Developed drillable dashboards for a large physician owned Accountable Care Organization (ACO), providing actionable insight to Medicare Shared Saving Program performance, risks, population health trends, patient, provider and affiliate utilization, cost and outcome variations, utilizing Tableau, EPIC Caboodle and multi-sourced integrated datasets. Provided leadership with visibility into referral patterns, patient experience, variability in quality, costs, utilization, outcomes, payments, documentation, coding, HCC scores, registry enrollment and care coordination program effectiveness.  

Project Management, Software (Premier Inc)  

· Led the development of NextGen budget, financial reporting products, existing product enhancements and multi product integration. Incorporated internal, external feedback and extensive budget experience into product design. Developed roadmap, requirements, features, wireframes and mockups. 

Project Management, Software (Kaufman, Hall & Associates, LLC)      

· Configured, delivered and trained, highly valuable financial planning software, migrations and new installs, Axiom Budget, Dashboard/Reporting, Productivity and Physician products. Products were delivered on time, on budget, with 100% client satisfaction rating. Resolved client, project and consulting issues.

Project Management, Strategy, Contract Models (Wake Forest Baptist Health)    

· Developed macro population health ACO risk model for CHESS joint venture, including assumptions and presentations, utilized by executives in risk model decisions. Led the expanded build out of contract models within EPIC for expected payment calculations and StrataJazz managed care contract models for contract negotiations. Comparison audits led to signification recoveries, process improvement and optimized contract negotiations. 

· Led strategy, planning and project management to develop targeted institutional growth sectors and assisted in developing 5-year financial/capital plans. Developed highly accurate detailed business plan models, mapped to department budgets, increasing accountability and turnaround speed. Prepared portfolio analysis of revenue, expense, utilization and margin trends to identify anomalies that lead to improvement in charge capture and cost reductions
